You can purchase a teamfocus subscription via PayPal or your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card.
SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI Compliance ensure that your data is secure.
All payments are made through one of our secure payment gateways so that we never see your credit card number and therefore can never store it.
teamfocus does not offer a refund or credit for services already paid for.
teamfocus is billed in advance only as you need it, you can pay up to two years in advance and vary the number of users on your plan both up and down.
If you reduce the number of users we recalculate your new financial date forward, which is capped at two years in advance.
Yes, through our Enterprise product.
You can then host the data in the environment that suits you.

Yes you can. When you make a payment for your Team, you can choose how far in advance you wish to pay for. There are discounts available for paying for longer periods.
